Hello, I'm Priyanka Puppala, the founder of MISS. My journey to creating this brand began with a deeply personal experience that many mothers can relate to. As an immigrant mother far from my homeland, I faced numerous challenges during my motherhood journey. The absence of my family, the new cultural environment, and the lack of specialized breastfeeding clothing made my early days as a mother, particularly daunting.
The Beginning
The idea for MISS Mom in Style Store was born out of necessity. I vividly remember the struggles of finding comfortable and practical breastfeeding outfits that didn't compromise on style. The available options were either too plain or not functional enough for a nursing mother. This gap in the market fueled my determination to create something better, something that would cater to the unique needs of mothers like me.
The Journey
Starting this venture was no easy feat. It took me two years of rigorous research, learning, and planning. I delved into the complexities of business launching, from understanding the legalities to sourcing the best materials. Every step was a learning curve, but my commitment to providing high-quality, stylish, and functional breastfeeding clothes kept me going.

I wanted to ensure that every piece of clothing from MISS Mom in Style Store would make a difference in a mother's life. The fabrics had to be soft and breathable, the designs needed easy access for breastfeeding, and most importantly, they had to make mothers feel beautiful and confident.​

Overcoming Challenges

One of the biggest challenges I faced was balancing my new role as a mother while setting up a business. There were times when it felt overwhelming, but my passion for helping other mothers and the support from my family and friends kept me motivated. I knew that if I could make even one mother's journey a little easier, all the hard work would be worth it.
